1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the ChronoStock application and chronostock.xyz (the "Service"), provided by ChronoStock, registered address — to be added, VAT VAT number — to be added, info@chronostock.xyz. By using the Service you accept these Terms.

2. What the Service is

ChronoStock is an inventory, sales, margin and team management application for professional watch dealers and collectors. It performs calculations on the data you enter.

ChronoStock is not a valuation, authentication, appraisal or financial advisory service. Values, margins, scores and statistics are derived solely from your own entries and are neither market estimates nor recommendations to buy or sell. Commercial decisions remain yours.

3. Account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your credentials, for the store code and password you share with collaborators, and for all activity under your account. If you invite collaborators, you are responsible for their access and for the permissions you grant them.

4. Plans and subscriptions

Free (up to 3 watches, no payment method), Plus and Pro (paid, with a 7-day free trial), and Custom (individually agreed).

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled. A free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

Management and cancellation. Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel them at any time in your device's subscription settings, effective at the end of the paid period. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Existing subscribers keep their original plan and price.

Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance and apply from the following renewal.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you act as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. As the Service is digital content supplied immediately, by requesting immediate access and expressly acknowledging it you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Platform refund policies may nonetheless be more favourable. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business subscriptions.

6. Your data and content

Your data remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, limited, revocable licence to host, process, transmit and display it solely to deliver the Service, including the sync, backup and sharing features you enable.

We do not use your inventory data for our own commercial purposes, do not sell it, and do not disclose it to other users except through features you deliberately activate.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of content you upload, including photographs: you warrant that you hold the necessary rights.

Backups. The Service keeps your last 3 backups. This is a convenience feature and does not replace your own data retention practice.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity; decompile or reverse engineer it save as permitted by mandatory law; use unauthorised automated access or circumvent plan limits, authentication or access controls; resell or sublicense the Service beyond the team features of your plan; or upload infringing content. We may suspend accounts for serious breach or concrete security risk, with notice.

8. Third-party trademarks

Watch manufacturer names, trademarks and references are used solely for descriptive and identification purposes to let you catalogue your inventory. ChronoStock is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any watch manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. If a change materially reduces an essential feature of your paid plan, we will notify you and you may terminate with a pro-rata refund of the unused period, under Directive (EU) 2019/770.

Features marked "coming soon" are statements of intent, not contractual commitments, and form no part of the price.

10. Third-party services

The Service may link to third-party services (for example Chrono24 searches). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or the data you enter there.

11. Warranties and liability

Statutory conformity guarantees under EU consumer law apply in full to consumers; nothing here limits them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, loss of goodwill or indirect damages, nor for commercial decisions taken on the basis of the Service's calculations; and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event. No limitation applies in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or where the law does not permit limitation.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). On termination you lose access to stored data: export your data before deleting your account.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of their EU country of residence and may bring proceedings in their place of residence; the EU online dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For business users, the courts of competent court — to be defined have exclusive jurisdiction.
