Is there a free version?
Yes. The Free plan lets you manage up to 3 watches with essential inventory features, and requires no payment method.
What is the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus covers up to 300 watches and unlocks all professional features. Pro raises that to 1000 watches and adds team access — up to 3 collaborators with per-person permissions — plus early access to new features.
Do collaborators need to pay?
No. Collaborators join a Pro store using a store code and password shared by the owner. They do not need their own subscription.
Can I control what my team sees?
Yes. In Pro you choose, for each collaborator, whether they see statistics, purchase prices, profit and margin in the app, or only selling prices.
I subscribed before the new plans. What happens to me?
Existing subscribers keep their original plan and price. Nothing changes for you.
Can I import my existing inventory?
Yes. Import your Excel file (.xlsx) using our template, or your own file with the same column names. Profit and margin are calculated by the app. After the import, check a few watches, especially prices and dates.
Is my data backed up?
You can back up your inventory anytime with one tap. ChronoStock keeps your last 3 backups and syncs your data across your devices.
How do I cancel?
Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your device subscription settings — App Store or Google Play.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm. Your profile and associated personal data are removed. Export or back up anything you want to keep first.
What devices are supported?
iOS and Android. Your account and data stay in sync across all your devices.
What languages are supported?
Italian, English and Simplified Chinese.
